Description of the contract's object:<\/strong><\/td>The subject of the contract is the provision of catering services for the event organised by Asocia\u021bia Cluj IT under the DIH4Society 2.0 project, on 22.10.2026, as follows:
\u2022 Welcome coffee for 50 participants: coffee, tea, pastries (min. 2 products\/person), still and sparkling water (min. 0.5 l\/person), dairy and plant-based milk, sugar, honey, disposable cups and spoons made of plastic-free materials;
\u2022 Coffee break for 50 participants: coffee, tea, still and sparkling water (min. 0.5 l\/person), dairy and plant-based milk, sugar, honey, disposable cups and spoons made of plastic-free materials;
\u2022 Cold buffet lunch for 50 participants: cold dishes (min. 4 varieties), dessert (min. 1 portion\/person), still and sparkling water, lemonade;
\u2022 Options for dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) for at least 5 participants, for each service;
\u2022 Service takes place on 22.10.2026, at the Banca Transilvania headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, Amfiteatru Hall, according to the event schedule sent by the contracting authority at least 3 days in advance;
\u2022 The provider ensures transport, setting up and clearing of the serving area (tables, tablecloths, serving utensils);
\u2022 The provider holds the sanitary-veterinary and food safety registration\/authorisation (ANSVSA) for the catering activity.<\/td><\/tr>
