We help you use technology to work more efficiently, more securely and more smartly. You have access to assessments, expert consultancy, technology testing in laboratories, courses, support for obtaining funding and events — in the fields of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital health and digital transformation.
For selected beneficiaries, all services are free of charge. They are funded by the European Union through the Digital Europe Programme and by the Government of Romania through the Smart Growth, Digitalisation and Financial Instruments Programme (PoCIDIF). They are intended for SMEs, public institutions and healthcare providers in the North-West and South-West Oltenia regions.

How do you choose the right level? Consultancy comes in several levels: basic — for the first steps; advanced — if you already have digital tools and want to accelerate; extended — for large-scale transformations; elite — only for public administration, for complex projects. You do not need to know from the start exactly which level you need: you choose what you think suits you, and in the preliminary analysis we agree the final option together.

A consultant works with you and builds your digitalisation plan, starting from the results of the assessment and diagnosis. You choose the level according to how far along you are with digitalisation.

For companies at the beginning of the journey. You receive a practical plan with prioritised actions for stocks, production, logistics, sales and customer relations, plus recommendations for accessible tools (ERP, CRM, online shop, simple automations), with estimated costs and a risk and benefit analysis.

What you need to know before you apply
For selected beneficiaries, nothing. The services are funded by the European Union through the Digital Europe Programme and by the Government of Romania through PoCIDIF. The value displayed for each service shows what the support received is worth; under the programme rules, it is recorded as state aid, but you pay nothing.
SMEs, public institutions (city halls, county councils, agencies) and healthcare providers (hospitals, clinics, practices, laboratories, pharmacies) from the North-West region (Bihor, Bistrița-Năsăud, Cluj, Maramureș, Satu Mare, Sălaj) and from the South-West Oltenia region (Dolj, Gorj, Mehedinți, Olt, Vâlcea).
