| Description of the contract's object: | The subject of the contract is the provision of catering services for the event organised by Asociația Cluj IT under the DIH4Society 2.0 project, on 22.10.2026, as follows: • Welcome coffee for 50 participants: coffee, tea, pastries (min. 2 products/person), still and sparkling water (min. 0.5 l/person), dairy and plant-based milk, sugar, honey, disposable cups and spoons made of plastic-free materials; • Coffee break for 50 participants: coffee, tea, still and sparkling water (min. 0.5 l/person), dairy and plant-based milk, sugar, honey, disposable cups and spoons made of plastic-free materials; • Cold buffet lunch for 50 participants: cold dishes (min. 4 varieties), dessert (min. 1 portion/person), still and sparkling water, lemonade; • Options for dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) for at least 5 participants, for each service; • Service takes place on 22.10.2026, at the Banca Transilvania headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, Amfiteatru Hall, according to the event schedule sent by the contracting authority at least 3 days in advance; • The provider ensures transport, setting up and clearing of the serving area (tables, tablecloths, serving utensils); • The provider holds the sanitary-veterinary and food safety registration/authorisation (ANSVSA) for the catering activity. |
