The coordination of the DIH is carried out by Professor Stelian Brad (PhD in Engineering/Robotics and Economics; over 22 years of extensive experience in the software industry, full professor at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca). Executive management is ensured by Andrei Kelemen (Head of Operations and Internationalization, also CEO of Cluj IT Cluster).
