Description of the contract's object: | Objective:Provision of a personalized mentorship and strategic consulting program for 4 SMEs, including: 2 in the Start-Up stage (initiation, market validation, product and team building, etc.) 2 in the Scale-Up stage (market expansion, process consolidation, and capital attraction, etc.) The program aims to strengthen the capacity of these companies to attract funding and successfully implement sustainable and scalable development strategies.Common activities (Start-Up & Scale-Up):Deep Dive Challenge: A detailed analysis of the company's current activity and strategy through working sessions with the management team. Value Chain Assessment: Identification of the company's position in the distribution chain, key players, competitive advantage, and economic model. IP & Competition Strategy: Analysis of patents, intellectual property, and Freedom to Operate. Markets and Opportunities Diagnosis: Strategic mapping of the market, competition, partners, DRL vs. TRL. Commercial Strategy and Distribution Channels: The marketing mix (4P), identification and negotiation of relevant channels. Business Model Challenge: Business model, market estimation (TAM, SAM, SOM), price validation, and financial strategy. Human Resources & Capabilities: Audit of internal skills, recruitment plan, and motivational structures (stock options, KPIs, etc.). Structuring the Funding File: Business plan, budgeting, projections, pre/post-money valuation, and pitch deck. Contact Challenge: Introduction to funders (BA/VC), commercial, or technological partners.Specific activities – Start-UpTechnological Benchmark & Solution Validation ("Give up on your solution" Challenge). Defining the First Customers and their motivation to buy. Product/Service Maturation Plan for market entry. Evaluation of the Founder's Resources and team completion. Investment Arguments ("Why Us?" Challenge): trust, experience, market validations.Specific activities – Scale-UpExpanding Sales Channels ("How do I sell x100?"). Operational Excellence Plan: Optimization of resources, production, quality, and certifications. Rapid Scaling Strategies ("x100 Challenge"): Increasing capacity, partnership networks, and operational responseOther mentions:The program will be conducted based on a confidentiality agreement signed between the parties. The activities will be customized according to each company's profile and will include individual and group mentoring sessions.
