| Description of the contract's object: | The object of the contract is the provision of e-learning platform development and access servicesThe services being acquired include the installation and configuration of an e-learning platform, along with a custom graphic design that aligns with the DIH4Society visual identity. This will be supported by a dedicated infrastructure and sufficient storage space to ensure smooth operation. The platform will manage user accounts and access security, allowing for the setting up of user profiles where participants can upload their skills and evidence. It will also handle the management of all training programs and their related courses, as well as the various learning modules and units. Users will be able to upload a wide range of multimedia materials, from documents and presentations to videos and images. The system will feature discussion forums for each learning unit, as well as online evaluations for courses and modules, with the ability to create tests that include multimedia attachments. Additionally, the platform will have functionalities for enrolling students and supporting mentoring activities. External evaluators, mentors, and trainers will be able to validate competencies, and the system will monitor student progress and save their access history. It will also help with planning learning and testing deadlines, sending out announcements and alerts to users, and facilitating direct communication between mentors and students. For more comprehensive insights, the platform will provide detailed statistics on training activities and progress reports. A few extra features will be included, such as an FAQ section and support for synchronous sessions with up to 30 students at a time. The platform will be accessible via all major web browsers, and the provider is required to ensure ongoing technical support, regular updates, and hosting for a period of two years. |
